Manage everything in your portal
Your broker portal shows all your referred clients, upcoming document expirations, and commission history. Submit COIs for any client in two clicks.

Do I need to be a licensed insurance broker?
Yes — the partner program is designed for licensed insurance professionals who already manage certificates of insurance for contractor clients. We're not a replacement for your E&O coverage.
What does my client pay?
PrequalPilot plans start at a low monthly rate for smaller contractors. Your clients get a 14-day free trial when they come through your referral link so they can verify it works before committing.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid monthly via direct deposit or check, based on your active referred subscriber count at the end of each billing period.
What if my client already has PrequalPilot?
Reach out and we'll work something out — especially if you're managing their certificates. The goal is a long-term relationship, not a technicality.
Can I use the upload portal without referring clients?
Yes. Broker portal access is available for any broker whose clients are on PrequalPilot, even if they weren't referred by you. Just request access and we'll set you up.
